I used to play GTA LCS cheat device way back in the day where we still used savedgame exploits. But back then, I didn't know how to get the VCS Cheat Device (embarrassing ) but now I do, but... is there a version for 5.50GEN-D2 (or D3) because the one's I've tried have merely crashed the game on the loading screen.
